Order Processing All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding UK public holidays). Orders placed after 2pm GMT may be processed the following business day.

Important Delivery Information
- Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur during peak periods or due to Royal Mail/courier disruptions.
- We ship to all addresses within the United Kingdom. We currently do not offer international shipping.
- Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where applicable.
- If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at ceo@bcc.clinic before raising a dispute.
Failed Deliveries If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the carrier will leave a card with instructions. Unclaimed parcels may be returned to us, in which case we will contact you to arrange redelivery (additional charges may apply).
Damaged or Lost Orders If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date at ceo@bcc.clinic with your order number and photos (if applicable). We will resolve the issue in accordance with your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
